Purpose
This placeholder explains, at a high level, how TraverseOps may handle information for municipal asset, inspection, work order, and field crew workflows.
Information that may be processed
Depending on the workspace configuration, TraverseOps may process:
- Account details such as user name, email, role, and organization.
- Municipal asset records, GIS layer data, work orders, and inspections.
- Field notes, status updates, timestamps, and evidence photos.
- Support requests and operational communications.
How information may be used
Information may be used to provide the TraverseOps workspace, support field operations, import asset data, manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.
Access and storage
Access should be limited to invited municipal users and approved support personnel. Retention, storage location, exports, and deletion processes should be defined in a reviewed production privacy policy and customer agreement.
