TraverseOps support for municipal pilots

Email support@traverseops.app with your municipality name, workspace, affected asset class, and a short description of what you need.

Pilot support expectations

During a pilot, support is focused on the agreed asset class, data import, inspection template, invited users, and one crew workflow. Additional departments, asset classes, or custom reporting should be scoped before expanding the pilot.

Bug reporting

When reporting a bug, include the page or workflow, the steps that led to the issue, the asset or work order involved if relevant, the device and browser, screenshots if available, and whether the crew was working online or offline.

Emergency caveat

TraverseOps should not be used as a replacement for emergency dispatch systems, emergency communication tools, 911 workflows, or other time-critical public safety systems unless that use has been explicitly configured, tested, and approved in writing.
