Purpose
These placeholder terms outline basic expectations for using TraverseOps in municipal asset, inspection, work order, and field operations workflows.
Use of the service
Users should access TraverseOps only through authorized accounts and only for legitimate municipal operations, pilot evaluation, support, configuration, and related administrative work.
Customer data
Municipal asset records, GIS data, inspection notes, evidence photos, and work order information should remain subject to the municipality's data ownership, access, retention, and export terms in a reviewed production agreement.
Pilots and availability
Pilot timelines, imports, configuration, and support should be scoped in writing. Any references to suggested launch timelines are planning guidance and are not a guaranteed deployment SLA.
